WINTER VEGETABLE STUFFING 
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. shredded potatoes
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped turnips
1 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp. thyme

Saute celery and pepper. Boil other vegetables 10 minutes. Drain. Mix and stuff.
