VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower

Heat frozen vegetables in boiling water (do not boil), then drain. 4 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash of Tabasco Dash of red pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour

Mix ingredients in blender. Cook on low heat, stirring until thick. 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 c. crushed saltines

Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs. Pour vegetables in buttered dish. Sprinkle onion on vegetables and pour on cheese sauce. Sprinkle saltines on top and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
