APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
Large box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 apricot nectar (or peach)
4 eggs

Mix well and bake in greased stem pan at 350 degrees for 45 or 50 minutes or in oblong pan for less time. While cake is still warm, punch holes all over top with toothpick or cake tester. Pour icing over cake and let soak.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Remainder of can of nectar
