4 gal. warm water
2 1/2 lbs. sugar
1/2 can malt syrup
1 heaping tsp. yeast

Mix together all ingredients. Set 5 days in a crock in fairly warm place. Siphon into bottles having a rounded teaspoon of sugar in each. Let set in bottles at least 5 days.
