FLUFFY MOLASSES CANDY 
Does not have to be pulled.

1 c. molasses (not black)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. pure cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt

Boil until candy becomes brittle when tried in cold water. Remove from fire and add 1 teaspoon baking soda and beat until well blended. Pour into pan and set to cool. Nuts may be added if desired.
