CHRISTMAS CANDY 
3/4 c. mashed potatoes (warm with no salt in water)
4 c. coconut, shredded
4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. Paraffin wax

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, coconut and powdered sugar. Chill 2 hours. Roll mixture into small balls and chill another 2 hours. Prepare coating using double boiler, to melt chocolate chips.

In separate pan, melt wax. Add to melted chocolate. Dip chilled balls into hot chocolate coating. Coat thoroughly and chill 1 hour.
