FETTUCCINE WITH MUENSTER AND
CARAWAY
 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3/4 tsp. caraway seeds
2 c. shredded Muenster cheese
12 oz. fettuccine noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions

Strain tomatoes into a small saucepan. Chop tomatoes; add to tomato liquid in saucepan along with caraway seeds. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. On a serving plate, toss 1 3/4 cup Muenster cheese with hot fettuccine. Remaining 1/4 cup cheese is placed on top.
