ORANGE VOLCANOES 
8 oranges
1/2 gallon orange sherbet

1. Cut the tops off the oranges before guests arrive and clean out pulp. (Reserve for orange juice.)

2. Wash and dry orange shells and distribute to guests.

3. Set out individual servings of orange sherbet and have each child fill an orange shell with sherbet.

4. Replace the tops and refreeze for an hour while the kids do other party activities, then serve.
