BEEF STEW 
5 to 7 lbs. beef roast
4 to 5 potatoes, cut and cubed
1 lb. fresh carrots, cut and cubed
1 can peas
1 can green beans
Any and all vegetables you like

Add 1 package McCormick Stew seasoning and roast to a crockpot. Cook on low all day. Bring potatoes and carrots to a boil in a large pan. Add canned vegetables. Bring to a boil and add a water mixture of cornstarch to thicken soup.
