CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, skin removed
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. low fat milk
1/2 pkg. frozen peas & carrots

Boil chicken until done. Save 1 cup broth. Remove chicken from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Put into 13"x9" pan. In bowl, mix soups, peas and broth; mix well. Add to chicken. In separate bowl mix melted butter, milk and flour and pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
