3 to 6 lbs. meat (chicken, beef, pork, or mix them if you like) 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. vinegar 1 bay leaf Few cloves of garlic, crushed 1 onion, sliced Add all ingredients. Cover and simmer forever. Before serving thicken sauce and serve over rice. This is a good one for a slow cooker. The longer simmered the more tender the meat. |
