OREGON PISTACHIO TORTE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. cold milk

CRUST: Mix flour, pecans, melted butter. Pour into 9"x13" dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

LAYER #1: Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of carton of Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

LAYER #2: Beat pudding and milk until thick. Spread on Layer 1.

LAYER #3 Top with remaining 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Chill and serve.
