PISTACHIO TORTE 
15 oz. crushed Oreos
1/2 c. melted butter
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix cookie crumbs and butter; put into 9 x 13 pan. Beat together pudding and milk until very thick. Add softened ice cream and beat until well blended.

Pour pudding mixture over cookie crumbs; spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Keep refrigerated.
