MOUTH WATERING ROLLS 
3 pkg. yeast
3 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 c. Chef-Way oil
7 c. bread flour

Whisk yeast and water together. Add sugar, salt and oil. Mix well. Add 6 1/2 to 7 cup bread flour into wet ingredients. Knead until mixed well. Place bread in a greased bowl. Turn bread over to grease well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size. After bread has doubled in size, knead well and make into rolls. Let rolls rise and bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

Note: Rolls freeze well. After making the rolls, do not let them rise. Place them in the freezer. When you are ready to bake, remove rolls from freezer. Allow rolls to thaw and rise.

Bake accordingly.
