WATER CHESTNUT-BACON ROLL-UPS 
2 cans water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon
1 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar

Cut bacon pieces in half. Wrap bacon pieces around water chestnuts and secure with a toothpick. Bake 325 degrees, for 45 minutes, on a rack, so the grease drains from them. Cool and refrigerate. The next day, mix the catsup and brown sugar and heat to dissolve the sugar. Pour over the "roll ups" and heat in 350 degree oven until hot, or heat in microwave at 70-80% power until warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
