TURKEY SOUP | |
5 c. turkey broth 3 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces 2 lg. peeled and quartered potatoes 2 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 onion, quartered 1 c. noodles, uncooked 2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed Use 5 quart saucepan. Combine first five ingredients. Over high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour. Stir in noodles and turkey. Simmer until noodles are cooked and meat is heated through. Serves 8. |
