LOW FAT, LOW CALORIE BANANA PANCAKES | |
1 cup Bisquick baking mix (heart healthy!) 2 egg whites 1 cup skim milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp. banana extract (can use imitation) 2 pkts. Splenda sugar substitute 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium) Mix (or whisk) all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes. NUTRITION INFORMATION PER PANCAKE: Calories: 78; Fat: 1 g; Sat.
