Dad's Banana Pancakes

 Amswod (United States) says:
The pancakes were great! I followed "Dad's" recipe and referenced the Bisquick box on the amount of batter to use and the "slightly less than 1/4 cup" was perfect. This recipe makes ALOT of pancakes so if you only have 2 people with an average appetite you may want to cut the recipe in half.

Only question is... why not just 3 eggs?? 3 egg yolks 3 egg whites = 3 whole eggs right???? If you beat it well enough the consistency should turn out the same. Looks like a great recipe though and I will try it today!

I loved this recipe! It was easy enough for my 13 year old daughter to make. They were kind of thin, but nice and light. This made enough for four people, so any less and you'll want to cut down on the recipe. Over all, this one's a keeper!

These are indeed the best pancakes I have had ever made! I added a few banana clumps into the mix and added just a little more sugar...they are so good that no syrup is needed!

These pancakes are fantastic!! Super easy too! I didn't bother dividing the eggs - just added them whole to the well mashed bananas. I also added fresh blueberries! YUMMM!!!
