VEGETABLE HOT DISH 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. (9 or 10 oz.) frozen green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. American cheese, cubed

Arrange vegetables in a 13x9x2 inch pan or casserole dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer vegetables, putting large vegetable pieces on bottom of casserole dish. Heat soup with cheese until cheese is melted (I heat this in the microwave). Pour over vegetables so the soup will run down into the casserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
