HOT VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
2 cans Veg - All 1 can whole kernel corn 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. water chestnuts 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. grated cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 tubes Hi - Ho cheese crackers 1 stick butter, melted Place all of the above in a bowl except crackers and butter. Pour half of the crackers into buttered casserole dish, then pour the vegetable mixture over it, using the rest of the cracker crumbs over the top. Be sure the cracker crumbs and melted butter are mixed well. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and browned. |
