HOT VEGETABLE SANDWICHES 
6 whole wheat hamburger buns or pita bread
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 sm. (or 1 c.) zucchini
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can sliced ripe black olives, drained

Mix cheese, salt, mayonnaise and basil; spread on buns. Mix other ingredients and insert into sandwiches. (You may carve center out of buns to leave more room for ingredients - being careful not to make a hole on bottom or top of bun.) Wrap each sandwich in foil; heat at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
