HOT VEGETABLE SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can butter beans
8 oz. can snap beans
8 oz. can English peas
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sliced Italian onion
1 sm. pimento, sliced

Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Drain liquid from butter beans, snap beans and English peas; add to celery, bell pepper, onion and pimento. Pour boiling oil-vinegar mixture over combined vegetables. Yields 6 - 8 servings.
