HOT BACON SALAD DRESSING 
4-5 slices bacon
Juice of 1/2 lg. lemon
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 oz. red wine vinegar
3 oz. vegetable oil
Fresh ground pepper
Optional: hard cooked egg and sliced raw mushrooms

Precook bacon, drain well. Break in small pieces. Mix and bring to boil lemon, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and pepper. Add cooked bacon and let heat through completely.

Pour over raw, well washed and diced spinach. Toss well and serve immediately.

Add eggs and mushroom slices before tossing if desired.
