HOT POTATO SALAD WITH VINEGAR
DRESSING
 
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
2 tsp. Bacon Bits
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
Dash salt and pepper
6 oz. peeled, cooked potatoes, thinly sliced

In small skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add onions and Bacon Bits; saute until onion is translucent. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, cook stirring occasionally until mixture starts to boil. Add potatoes and cook stirring gently, until thoroughly heated. Serve hot. (Makes 2 servings). Can be doubled.
