DOUBLE FUDGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
9" pie shell, unbaked
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the sugar, eggs, corn syrup, cream, cocoa, butter, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Scatter the chocolate pieces over the top. Bake 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
