DOUBLE FUDGE BATTER PUDDING 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
8 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.

Sift flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt and add alternately with milk to first mixture. Mix well and stir in nuts.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 5 tablespoons cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 2/3 cups boiling water. Turn into baking dish. Drop first batter by tablespoon on top. Bake 350 degrees, 40-45 minutes.
