TUNA SWISS PIE | |
1 unbaked pie shell 2 cans tuna, dried and flaked 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1/2 c. sliced green onion 3 eggs 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. In large bowl toss together tuna, cheese, and onion; spoon into pie shell. In small bowl stir eggs, mayonnaise, milk; slowly pour over tuna mixture. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
