LAYERED SALAD 
Ingredients to be layered:

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1 thinly sliced red onion
1 package frozen peas

Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Toppings:

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
5-7 slices fried bacon

Layer the first 4 ingredients in the order that they are listed. Combine the mayonnaise and the sour cream. In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and seasoning salt. Spread the dressing mix on top of the salad.

Next, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese mix on top of that. Chill overnight.

When ready to serve, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top, and top the entire salad with the crumbled up fried bacon.
