1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter
3 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
3 1/2 cups Cheerios

Combine sugar and Karo syrup in a sauce pan. Cook until sugar dissolves (almost boiling), but do not boil. Stir in (do not whip or it will turn to sugar) peanut butter. Add cereal. Mix and placed into greased cookie sheet. Cool and cut into bars.
