1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. instant pudding mix (vanilla)
1 lb. can fruit cocktail

Mix and beat 4 minutes. Pour in oblong cake pan. Top batter mix above with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Milnot
1 c. coconut

Boil butter, sugar and Milnot for 2 minutes. Add coconut. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
