OKRA & TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. sliced okra
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 sm. green tomatoes

In a large skillet saute onion in bacon drippings 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll okra in cornmeal. Add tomatoes and okra to the skillet. Fry until okra is brown and tomatoes are soft. Serves 5 to 6.
