1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
15 or 16 oz. can fruit cocktail

TOPPING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. coconut

Mix and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING: Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Add coconut. Spread on cake while hot or cold.
