UGLY DUCKLING CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 can fruit cocktail (16 oz.) 2 eggs 2 1/3 c. coconut 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk Combine cake mix, undrained fruit, 1 cup coconut and eggs. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Bring butter, white sugar and milk to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Stir in 1 1/3 c. coconut. Spoon over warm cake. |
