6 med. potatoes, unpeeled
6 med. onions
1/2 c. butter
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Cut potatoes and onions into 1/4 inch slices. Alternate slices in 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine next 5 ingredients. Drizzle over potato and onions. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered 20 additional minutes.
