EASY OVEN BAKED POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Srpead mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and top mixture evenly. BAke at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8. If desired, the onions may be omitted.
