1 med. potato, raw
1 tsp. butter

Pare and cut potato lengthwise as in making French fries. Place butter in small flat pan and arrange potato strips neatly in pan. Bake at 400 degrees until tender. Turn potato strips and bake 10 minutes longer until crisp on all sides. Serve as French fries.
