8 med. potatoes, unpeeled
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
Sliced onions

Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Overlap slices in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine next 4 ingredients. Spread over potatoes. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered for 20 minutes more. Makes 8 servings.
