CHEESECAKE 
1-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
4 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
6 tbsp. milk to smooth
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla, to taste

Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter well and pat firmly into bottom of spring pan.

Cake: Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese and milk as needed until smooth. Pour mixture into crumb lined pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes until slightly golden brown and center is firm.

Topping: Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla to taste. Pour on cake after it is cooled and refrigerate overnight. Suitable for freezing.
