NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
8 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 jar pie filling (cherry, strawberry or blueberry)

All ingredients to be at room temperature. Mix ingredients in order listed. Grease and flour a 12 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off. Let cake sit in the oven 5 hours. Do not open the oven door. After 5 hours remove the outside of the spring pan. Top cake with pie filling. Refrigerate at least overnight. Serve cold.
