SESAME BRITTLE 
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups roasted sesame seeds

In a cast iron skillet, melt sugar over low heat, stirring constantly.

When the sugar has melted, remove pan from heat and stir in sesame seeds, then add vanilla and mix well. Add ingredients quickly.

Pour mixture onto a well buttered baking sheet and spread quickly using a spatula until the mixture is 1/4-inch thickness.

While still warm, score into squares using a sharp knife.
