MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2 c. cornmeal, of choice
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 can creamed corn
1 3/4 c. grated cheese

To cornmeal batter (8 or 10 inch pan) add all the above ingredients. Pour into hot, oiled pan. Top with more grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
