MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 jalapenos
1 can creamed corn
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all together except cheese. Pour half batter in greased baking dish. Add half cheese. Add remaining batter. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
