MEXICAN CORN BREAD (Low Fat) 
1/2 c. flour
1 c. white corn meal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1 egg white
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 c. whole kernel corn

Mix ingredients together and spray 8 x 8 inch pan with Pam. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
