1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1-2 bags spinach

Clean and dry spinach; tear into bite sized pieces. Mix all other ingredients in blender, just briefly. Chill spinach and pour dressing over just before serving. Use dressing sparingly, a little at a time; toss, then add more. If desired, add 2 or 3 sliced hard boiled eggs, 4 strips of crumbled bacon, and serve. Delicious!
