1 carton Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 lg. pkg. macaroni, cooked
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes

Mix all ingredients together, then toss in sliced celery. Dump onto lettuce leaves.
