DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed for 30 minutes
1 c. chopped onion (a little less)
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Colby cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 13"x9" dish or make two smaller dishes. Top with crushed potato chips and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
