CASSEROLE QUICKIE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 layer sliced raw carrots
1 layer raw onions
1 layer sliced raw MN. Russet potatoes
1/4 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Place alternate layers of potatoes, carrots, onions, rice and hamburger in a 2 quart casserole. Mix soups together with milk and pour over casserole. Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
