QUICK AND EASY REFRIGERATOR
ROLLS
 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. lukewarm water
4 c. unsifted flour

Stir yeast into warm water. Combine remaining ingredients in order given above. Refrigerate dough at least 12 hours. (Dough may be kept in the refrigerator for several days.) Knead dough on lightly floured board to consistency to roll and cut. Shape dough into your favorite rolls and let rise 2 hours before baking. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

Yields 36 rolls.
