BAKED PORK CHOPS 
2 lb. pork chops
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Marinate the pork chops with all the ingredients for at least 2 hours. Pound the meat portion and place in baking pan. Pour over sauce and cover pan with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with salad.
