ITALIAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Make cake mix as directed on box. Pour cake mix in a 13"x9" cake pan (grease and flour). Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour on top of cake mix. The cheese mixture will sink to the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When cake is cooled, flip it over so the cheese will be on top. Frost the cake when completely cooled off.
